While our registration kiosks have always saved time, staff hours, and even space, the AET badging system has the added benefit of registering attendees from any device. Our kiosks allow registrants to access their badges from their cell phones without having to wait in line.

Onsite Event Ticket & Badge Printing

The AET system is designed for users of all abilities. Using cell phones, attendees call a number posted on the kiosk and their badge prints in seconds! Links to conference materials and information can be messaged to attendees once their badge is printed or after scanning into a workshop.

Onsite Registration With Limited Direct Contact
Rather than a walk-up registration desk requiring personnel and attendees to exchange paperwork and payment forms, AET’s simple registration process can be accessed through a scanned QR code on their mobile device that will link them to an abbreviated registration process including payment.

AET’s process includes online payments directly from attendee mobile devices to your bank account. Once the simple process is complete, the participant follows the same quick and easy steps as those who registered in advance – simply call the posted phone number on the nearby kiosk to pick up their badge and lanyard. They will be enjoying your conference in no time!

AET offers offer a variety of identifiers from the traditional badges to wristbands to QR codes on badges that allow for touchless scanning into classrooms and special events. Meal tickets, entry to private events, attendance tracking, and other components can be added to the badge, again limiting the need to handle the exchange of more paper between your staff and attendees.

    AT&T Park had a private event that had over 20,000 attendees.
